No refunds will be given. You have 30 days to send in your inclusions. No refunds will be given if you decide you no longer want Breastmilk Jewelry made or no longer produce milk. You can either have it made with resin or formula instead or I will ship your setting to you empty.

My suppliers do NOT accept returns so I can’t be at a loss due to customers change of mind. I have been very lenient in the past but please keep in mind we are a very small business, not a large corporation. When we take a loss, it hits hard. In order for me to stay in business, I need to have policies set in place.

Please be 100% sure on your ring size before ordering, as breastmilk jewelry can’t be resized!! I no longer have a way to resize rings in my shop.

No refunds will be given if you choose the wrong size. You can find a ring sizer guide online or go to any jewelry store to get your finger sized properly.

Once an order is placed, I purchase your setting immediately. Doing this cuts down on my turn around time tremendously. Therefore, I will no longer accept refunds for this reason. I can’t afford to be at a loss any longer. If you change your mind after the setting has already been purchased, you will be sent the empty setting.

NO REFUNDS will be given due to improper care of your jewelry. Please treat your keepsakes like you would any other fine jewelry. You will receive an after-care instructions card with every purchase. It is the customers responsibility to handle their keepsake jewelry with care.

No refunds will be given, only store credit at Artists discretion.
